Shipping, Delivery & Returns

ALL UK DELIVERIES ARE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL TRACK AND TRACE AND DELIVERY DETAILS ARE BELOW:-

MONDAY - THURSDAY:

Orders received before 12pm will be delivered within two working days. Any orders placed after 12pm will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as being placed the following working day*.

FRIDAY:

Orders placed on Friday before 11am will be delivered on the following Monday unless a Next Day delivery is selected. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be delivered on the following Wednesday.

SATURDAY / SUNDAY:

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Wednesday.

REFUNDS, RETURNS OR ANY PROBLEMS

Should you have any problem with your order when it arrives with you please contact us via the contact form.

Please provide your name, order number and details of the issue as this will help us swiftly look into your order.

This email is monitored Monday – Friday and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours wherever possible.

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

If an item is damaged upon receipt we can either refund you for that item or send you a new one. Contact us via the form and once we have replied it would be really helpful for you to provide a picture so we can feedback to our warehouse / courier.

If you have received an incorrect or missing an item form your order we can either refund for that item or send another. The solution will be dependent on your preference.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs. Please state a reason for return and where possible the original order number for our reference. Note we cannot accept opened items due to hygiene reasons so any opened or used items will not be processed.

If you return your order please retain your proof of postage. In the unlikely event the parcel is lost this provides you proof of returning the goods to us. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Please note we are only able to process the return and refund for items purchased on muastore.co.uk and within the 14 day window. Items that have been opened we are unable to process. We are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location. This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition. All refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of the goods and providing the goods adhere to our return guidelines. You will receive notification of the refund via our customer service team accordingly.
